HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The apartment is available to visitors throughout the year and the changeover day is usually Saturday. This is, however, flexible during the low season when there is also the possibility of shorter breaks. The apartment will be ready for occupancy at 16h00 on the day of arrival and guests are asked to leave by 10h00 on the day of departure. If the apartment has been empty immediately before your stay, it would be possible to arrive earlier; we could discuss this nearer the time.

The cost per week for the apartment is as follows:

HIGH SEASON from £330

MID SEASON from £220

LOW SEASON from £145

As a guide, high season is for weeks commencing in July, August and September; mid season is May, June, October, Easter, Christmas and New Year, and the rest of the year is low season.

What does this include?

The cost is for the exclusive use of the whole apartment for two people and the price includes electricity, hot water and heating. Although there will be a choice of duvets and pillows, bed linen and towels are not included in the price. In order for us to keep the cost of rental down we ask of all clients that upon their departure they leave the apartment as they would expect to find it – clean and tidy. There will be full details of this and lots of other information about the apartment and the area when you arrive.
