The Accommodation

Completed in September 2002 the apartment has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room; kitchen; cloakroom; and splendid sitting room with a balcony. If you are travelling by car it can be parked in the secure private covered parking area. Electricity and water are included in the price.

The apartment is complete with security access via an entry phone system and by key. Once inside, access to the apartment on the first floor is either via a staircase or by elevator.

Although there will be a choice of duvets and pillows, bed linen and towels are not included in the price. 

note: Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from persons under the age of eighteen years of age and neither can we allow pets onto the property.

The Kitchen

The latest design in modern kitchens has been installed with extensive work surfaces incorporating a pull out breakfast table for two. A combined microwave/grill, 2 ring hob, slow cooker, electric toaster, fridge and electric kettle are provided for easy catering. I have tried to provide as many kitchen utensils as necessary to make your cooking experience as easy as possible; a full range of crockery and cutlery from teapots to oyster forks and winkle pickers, and a set of sharp knives!

The SITTING ROOM

The sitting room is comfortably equipped with a sofa and chairs. There are a set of French doors that open out onto a small balcony which is very pleasant to sit out on on those warm summer evenings to enjoy your aperitif! There is a television & DVD player and also a mini CD/radio/cassette system - so bring some DVD's, CD's and tapes if you wish. 

The Bedroom

The bedroom is light and airy and comprises of a double bed complete with bedside table. The shower room leads off from the bedroom.

The shower room is fully tiled and tastefully decorated. There is a good shower, washbasin and large mirror with overhead lighting. Again there is storage space for your accessories in the vanity unit. The WC is a separate room which stops those disagreements over who's going to use the shower room first!

There is a reserved undercover space for one car which is accessed via the security entrance gate to the apartment.
